I’ve been a PC Richard & Son customer since 2013, and I’ve always had wonderful experiences with their sales team. About four years ago, I purchased a GE dishwasher, and unfortunately it needed servicing at least twice a year from the start. Because it was a GE appliance, all service was handled by Bodewell. During the most recent service visit, while fixing the issue I called about, the Bodewell technician pointed out that the dishwasher door was not functioning properly. They replaced an outer panel back in July and it hadn’t been closing properly since then but I just dealt with it. When I asked if it could be fixed under warranty, I was told that because the unit was four years old Bodewell would never approve a new door, so he didn’t even attempt to order one and he basically told me my only was to buy a new dishwasher. I went to PC Richard & Son and explained the situation. They immediately told me I was protected under my warranty and arranged for the local appliance repair company they contract with (Moe’s) to come out within two days to confirm whether the unit was repairable. A replacement part was ordered, but unfortunately the technician was unable to replace the door. At that point, PC Richard & Son honored the warranty and credited me so I could put the money toward a brand-new dishwasher. I chose not to go with GE again, and instead went with a KitchenAid dishwasher. The credit covered the entire cost of the new unit, and the only thing I paid out of pocket for was the warranty. My new dishwasher is being delivered tomorrow. A huge thank-you to Rob Rice for all of his help navigating what was a very complicated situation. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. John is also great too! I will continue to recommend and purchase appliances, electronics, and more with the team at the North Haven PC Richard & Son. They’ve earned my trust and loyalty.

I just had the BEST experience at PC Richards! I was in a panic because my 20+ year old fridge died. It’s Thanksgiving week too! I walked in and right away John took great care of us. I left with an awesome deal on a new fridge AND dishwasher. I am so grateful to John and the manager for helping me have a great Thanksgiving with a working fridge (and beautiful new dishwasher too!) HIGHLY recommend this location!

Joel was a fantastic help! We got a beautiful TV, and he even hooked us up with two free pillows and a surge protector. The manager also came over to help us out. Everyone was super friendly and professional. We’re extremely happy and couldn’t recommend this store location more.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience with Joel at PC Richard & Son! From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we got exactly what we needed. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. To top it off, he even threw in some pillows for us, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. Joel truly went above and beyond, and we can’t recommend him enough. If you’re shopping at PC Richard & Son, definitely go see Joel—you won’t be disappointed!

Great to work with, helped us find everything we needed. John and Joel helped us find everything we needed ranging from double wall ovens, cooktops and even a new 83 inch Samsung TV and sound system. They helped us out in making sure everything was affordable and were very patient with my elderly mother. Would absolutely come back again for anything I need again.

I've become a regular customer of the North Haven PC Richard. John L. has been especially helpful in getting me what I need from outdoor BBQ equipment to kitchen appliances and more. They have a large network of stores throughout the tristate area that they can tap into to find what you need. Reasonable prices and first class customer service. A great combination. Thank you -
